Professional Development Allowance

The Professional Development Allowance is an initiative of the Sutherland Division of General Practice. The Allowance is funded by the Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing - Round the Clock Medicare Initiative.

The Allowance provides financial support to assist in defraying costs incurred by GPs working at Kareena After Hours General Practice for participation in professional development activities related to their role at Kareena After Hours. One allowance per GP is available under current funding arrangements and applications will be subject to review by the Division's After Hours Subcommittee.
