Practice Managers and Practice Nurses - Associate Membership
Practice nurses and practice managers are increasingly becoming involved with the activities of the Division. Currently there are two networks, the Practice Nurse Network and Practice Manager Network that meet quarterly and provide advice and guidance to the Division on programs and suggestions for continuing professional development. In recognition of this involvement and the value of a well-supported general practice team, GP members of the Division voted to include practice nurses and practice managers as Associate members of the Division at the 2010 AGM. Membership is free and applications are now available from the Division. All membership applications are approved by the Division’s Board at the first available meeting. If you have any questions on membership, or if you would like more information about the Networks, please contact Amy Young, Practice Support Program Officer at the Division.
