This Manual has been compiled and developed by the Division. The information in this document was originally developed by Peel Health Care from North West Slopes Division of General Practice. Some of this material has been reproduced with kind permission from The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, Vancouver reference system and sourced from the RACGP Infection Control Standards for Office Based Practices 4th Edition, and the AMA (NSW ) 2002 OH&S Manual. The OH&S policy manual has been developed as generic electronic template for general practice and may be customized to suit individual needs by inserting your information in the fields as indicated in the manual. However a fee does apply should a Practice wish for GPA to conduct the analysis of the completed GPA Patient Feedback Surveys.
